The bell, the Notifications page, and choosing what you are told about.
Open your settings from the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar (Profile & Settings) or from the workspace menu (Settings). The same menu has Help center (this site), Send feedback, Get the desktop app and Log out.
The theme toggle next to it switches Light, Dark or System, and the keyboard icon shows or hides shortcut hints; both are personal.
