Accepting an invitation
Joining a workspace someone else set up.
When an admin invites you, you receive an email with an invitation link. (If it has not arrived, ask them to copy the link from Administration → Users → Pending invites and send it to you directly.)
If you are new to Quanta
Open the link. It shows the email address the invitation was sent to and, if the admin entered them, your first and last name. You can correct the name.
Choose a Password (at least one digit, one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter and one special character) and confirm it, or use Or continue with Google to sign in with your Google account instead.
Submit. You are signed in to the workspace with the role the admin chose and land on the Timer.
If you already use Quanta
The same link adds the new workspace to your existing login. Sign in with your usual password or Google, and the workspace appears in the workspace switcher. See Switching between workspaces.
Problems
- "This invitation is invalid or has expired." Ask whoever invited you to send a new one from the Users page.
- The link says it was already accepted. Nothing is wrong; sign in normally from the login page.
- Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page.
