Payments recorded in Quanta go to Xero, into the payment account you choose.
How the sync works

Connect Xero and choose your organisation.

Finish setup: pick the default revenue account, and a payment account if you sync payments.

Send an invoice. It goes to Xero automatically when auto-sync is on, or click Create invoice in Xero.

Record a payment in Quanta. It goes to Xero.

Optional: pull payments recorded in Xero, one invoice at a time.
Questions
- Does it sync automatically?
- Yes, when auto-sync on send is on. You can also push each invoice by hand.
- Can invoices wait for approval in Xero?
- Yes. Turn on Create invoices as drafts and they land in Xero's Drafts.
- Does it pull from Xero automatically?
- No. Pulling payments is a click on each invoice, and invoices created in Xero are not imported.
- Can I edit an invoice after it is paid?
- Xero locks line amounts once a payment is applied. Quanta stops the change and tells you to remove the payment in Xero first.
- Can I invoice in other currencies?
- Yes, if the currency is turned on in Xero under Settings, Currencies. Otherwise Quanta tells you which currency is missing.
- Can I connect Xero and QuickBooks at the same time?
- No. Each workspace connects to one accounting system at a time.
